Shatter me by Tahereh Mafi rev

Hello Loves
Today I’m going to review: Shatter Me by Tahereh Mafi (second cover )

Shatter me is based in a “post war” world, and it talks about Juliette, a girl who after some incidents was locked up because of her lethal touch, we don’t get an explanation of what is it exactly that makes her touch so lethal but that doesn’t mind, as we read that even her parents wanted to get away from her. “I’ve been locked up for 264 days.”   “6,336 hours since I’ve touched another human being.”
Of course the book is not just about a girl who is incarcerated, at the very beginning of the book she gets a new “roommate/ cellmate” assigned, Adam, at the beginning I loved Adam, he is a normal guy who is not afraid of Juliette, maybe because he doesn’t know why is she in isolation, and to be honest, we don’t either. After being locked for a hell lot of time in a tiny cell she is “move” to let’s say a more elegant cell(?) ,as Warner  the captain of sector 45 wants to use her as a weapon but, will you fight for who got you imprisoned ? And not just that but someone that wants you to kill mercilessly.
Can’t say much without giving spoilers, but you MUST read the book,
Tahereh did an outstanding job creating the characters,

At the beginning she portraits Juliette as a not so mentally stable girl (as you will guess for someone who has been isolated for 264 days! (And someone who grew up thinking of herself as a monster, not allowed to touch not even her mother!

But as the book goes on, she becomes this stronger women who is in a better “mental place” and  is willing to fight for a cause, you’ll have to read to know which one !!
I really liked this book, I actually LOVED the entire trilogy (not including the novels) I think the author knew how to take you inside of Juliette’s mind  and make you feel fear, anger and sadness. And the end of book 1 is like, what you want but at the same time you are on the edge because of … damn you spoilers!!!
Just read the book and comeback and love it with me!!!
One of my favorite quote from the book: Hope is a pocket of possibility. I'm holding it in my hand.
My punctuation: 7/10

I hope you like it, remember if the is any book you’ll want me to talk about just leave a comment and I’ll read it
Lots of Love

MAAG
